What is Juniper Business Cache?

It is the module of the advanced Juniper Booking Engine solution that stores performance information by requested hotel, enabling fast and efficient management of availability requests by reducing load, improving efficiency and reducing response times.

If you are a Client:
By subscribing to Business Caché, you can improve your response times by improving your sellers' systems. The first 5 sellers you activate are free, so take advantage of this offer!
If you are a Seller:
By subscribing to Business Caché, you will improve your system by reducing the number of requests from your customers. If you have a contract programme that includes Juniper Business Caché, you do not have to pay for the licence or maintenance.

Super fast response time of only 0.05 seconds

The flow starts when a Buyer makes an initial request for, for example, 5 hotels. This request is processed through our Juniper Booking Engine, which communicates with a Seller to obtain the necessary information.

The Seller responds with the requested results and the response is simultaneously stored in our efficient business cache.

When the Buyer makes a new request, this time for 6 hotels, our booking engine queries the Business Cache. Since 5 of the 6 requested hotels are the same as in the previous request, it only needs to request one additional hotel from the Seller.

This speeds up response times. Additionally, the newly requested hotel is also stored in the Business Cache to optimise future searches.
