This year, the “D.E.A.R” program, Directing High Performance Teams, led by the international management consulting firm Let’s do Coaching, has been launched in Juniper.
D.E.A.R is a methodology focused on the talents. This program involves a process at different stages in which individual talents are identified, starting with the management team and from these talents develop their abilities of their own individual talent and identify the talents and abilities of their team.
Subsequently, the program will also be implemented to the rest of the workers to improve the commitment of the employees and place them to the place where they can bring their best to the company.
