Juniper’s headquarters in Palma de Mallorca hosted the 1st Juniper Off-Site between the 15th and 16th of November.
This event brought part of the Juniper team, together representatives of the Sales & Marketing, Project Management & Training, Development, Finance, IT Systems, Product Management. The event was chaired by Juan Mateos -Juniper General Manager- who was joined by Jaime Sastre -Juniper Group CEO- and Ray Alabern -Juniper Group VP Organic Growth-.
The work has focused on improving processes and taking advantage of synergies to share ideas, solutions and key success stories from each department. All focused on setting quality standards and goals for 2022.
